Ahmed Azam : The grand finale ( Gala Night ) of Mr World Bangladesh, a leading male beauty pageant, was held at the Le Méridien Dhaka on Wednesday.

B Proshad Das won the title of Mr World Bangladesh 2014. He was one of the twelve finalists.

Aristocrat Events organized by ‘Mr. Shamsul Alam was selected as the first runner-up in World Bangladesh 2024. The joint second runner-up was Serajus Salekin and Rafsan Rafsan Jany.

The twelve finalists of the grand finale were: Rafsan Jany, Shishir Islam, Atahar Istiaque, Shamsul Alom, Mehadi Hasan, Maruf Ahmed, Nobin Roy, Victory Larry Gomes, Serajus Salekin, Belal Hossain, B Proshad Das, Shimul Kumar Biswas.

The grand finale judging panel consisted of Robert McKelvey, Sanjida Arefin Luna, Khaled Hossain Sujan and Gholam Samdani Don. The Gala Night was anchored by Rj Nirob.

Also present at the event were the license owner, Engineer Mehedi Hasan, the Chairman of Miss World Bangladesh, Dola Hasan, the champion of ‘Mr. World Bangladesh 2019’, Mehedi Hasan Fahim, and the champion of ‘Miss World Bangladesh 2023’, Shammi Islam Neela, among many others.

The champion will represent Bangladesh in ‘Mr World’ pageant to be held at the end of November in Vietnam.

Mister World 2024 will be the eleventh edition of the Mister World competition, held on 23 November 2024 at NovaWorld Phan Thiết in Bình Thuận, Vietnam. So far 75 countries have finalized their representatives for the ‘Mr World’ competition.
